c Real Estate Commission

Hilo real estate broker Jessica Hall fined $500 on Feb. 22 for failure to comply with laws governing professional conduct.

Kailua-Kona real estate agent Linda Lin Del Piano, also known as Linda W. Del Piano, fined $500 on Feb. 22 for failure to comply with a licensing law or rule.

c Board of Barbering and Cosmetology

David Vu, doing business as Nail-Palace and Tam Thi Do in Waimea, fined $500 on Feb. 13 for aiding and abetting an unlicensed person.

c Mortgage Broker and Solicitor Program

Hilo mortgage solicitor Christopher A. Agpoon fined $500 on Jan. 24 for failure to comply with laws governing professional conduct.

c Contractors License Board

Kapaau-based Metzler Contracting Co. LLC and John F. Metzler fined $2,500 on Feb. 22 for aiding and abetting an unlicensed person and failure to comply with a licensing rule or law.

Hilo-based contractor William K. Kapololu Jr. fined $5,000 on Feb. 22 for aiding and abetting an unlicensed person.
